Yesterday, Cuba Gooding Jr. was formally charged with one count each of forcibly touching and sexual abuse in the third degree.
He was accused of groping a woman at a bar Sunday. He insisted that there's video evidence that will clear him of the allegations.
Of course, TMZ got their hands on some surveillance video and you definitely see him touch the accuser's thigh but the breast groping seems debatable.
In the video you can see his girlfriend stumble over to him, then moments later the accuser comes and sits next to her. The TONE of their encounter is definitely hazy. It also doesn't appear that the accuser was arguing with him.
