Homeless Man Kicked A Dog So Hard Its Lung Collapsed [PHOTOS]

A homeless man was arrested after kicking a dog about 15 feet into the air. Police arrested and charged Dylan McTaggert with animal cruelty after he attacked a small dog.

McTaggert is approached the dog, Sophie, from behind and kicking her so hard she needed urgent veterinary attention. The victim’s owner says the man attacked poor Sophie without any provocation. The dog is currently resting at home and being cared for by her owner according to police.
