An Italian artist is challenging period taboos and stigma with a new series of installations that depict Kim Kardashian and Marge Simpson menstruating.
aleXsandro Palombo unveiled the series, dubbed “Break the Taboo,” in Milan, Italy on Thursday ahead of International Menstrual Hygiene Day, which will be observed worldwide on Friday.
