"The Exorcist: Believer" is supposed to be the first installment in a trilogy. Ellen Burstyn is back as Chris MacNeil, attempting to help two young girls who've apparently been possessed by the same demon that possessed her daughter Regan in the original movie.
Linda Blair played Regan and there's been no hard evidence about her potential involvement in these new movies. But a new trailer just dropped, and it might contain a little spoiler about that.
In the clip below, one of the possessed girls says, "Are you looking for Regan? She burns in hell!" So is Regan dead? Is the demon lying? You can find out when “The Exorcist: Believer” hits theaters on October 6th.
