Science Teacher John Cisna, along with help from his students, planned out a strict diet plan using only Mcdonald's menu items.  They came up with a 2,000 calorie diet plan while also paying close attention to carbohydrates, protein and fat contents.  He lost 37 pounds and lowered his cholesterol!
