Vicki Conlon is the lead for San Diego Surfrider’s Ocean Friendly Restaurant program, and has been a Surfrider Foundation member and volunteer for 20+ years. Along with her team, she has been responsible for getting hundreds of restaurants in the San Diego area to move away from single-use plastics and adopt more sustainable practices.
