A man in Oakland was caught on surveillance footage wrapping up a huge porterhouse steak in a napkin he stole from a bread basket and walking out without paying his tab.
The owner of the restaurant said he posted the footage on social in hopes of catching this guy and getting him off the street.The restaurant staff say the bill was $56.
