I wanted to follow up from my previous ride into our small mountain town communities during Covid-19, into beach community, Coronado, California. I also wanted to get out of the house with my pals, Chuck, Mark and Thomas. It's surreal to see a thriving area on any given day, with no place to park and a bunch of great shops and restaurants to visit, where now you see just a few people walking, running and many of these businesses closed. I will say that the Coronado Bridge (while very light in traffic), is not much different with the spectacular view of San Diego, Ca from all directions. We also rode over the strand, through Imperial Beach and then decided to see if STP Bar & Grill, was open for business. They're doing take out and two of my buddy's got some chili. I'm a huge fan of their burgers but now I'll have to go back and see what the fuss is about. I do like a good bowl of chili. Ride safely and be safe. We'll see you on the next one...
