A Woman Tried to Join a Fourth of July Parade on Her Tractor!

A 61-year-old woman in Texas tried to join a Fourth of July parade on her old, beat-up tractor, but parade officials said no. So she tried to join it anyway . . . FLOORED it when cops tried to stop her . . . and ended up crashing into a fence. She's facing several charges.
