A Santa Cruz surfer had a wild encounter with a pregnant otter who jumped on his board and wouldn't leave! Every time the surfer got close to getting it back, the otter would chase him away, and even tried to bite him. One of the surfer's friends was finally able to grab the board and return it to its "righteous" owner.
