Paul McCartney Pays Tribute To Late Beatles Engineer


Paul McCartney has paid tribute to Geoff Emerick, the recording engineer behind some of the Beatles most famous albums and singles, who died Tuesday at the age of 72. Although an official cause of death isn’t know, it is believed he died from cardiac arrest.

Emerick is responsible for such Beatles classics as “Revolver” and “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band,” as well as singles “Love Me Do,” “She Loves You,” “A Hard Day’s Night” and “I Want To Hold Your Hand.”
