A babysitter in Maine was arrested after police found her wandering in the street drunk and without pants. Police responded to a disturbance call and found Lauren Gelinas, who told them she was supposed to be watching two young children at a nearby house.
When officers checked the house, they found one of the kids crying in a pile of vomit, while the other child was asleep upstairs. One of the children told police that Gelinas had kicked them. Gelinas admitted to officers that she drank vodka before running outside and leaving the children unattended.
Gelinas pleaded not guilty to two charges of child endangerment and was ordered held on $500 bail.
