Police Need Help Finding Man Who Punched Woman [VIDEO]

San Diego Police have released video of a man punching a woman in the Gaslamp Quarter in hopes of finding the suspect.
It happened around 8:30 Monday night at 6th Avenue and E Street. Police say a woman walking in the area noticed an argument between a man and his fiancée, and she tried to step in saying she was going to call 911.
