A video shows, a helicopter flying very low in the sky and disrupting a marathon in Chine. One runner was injured.
The helicopter blew the bollards onto the racing tracks in the path of the passing marathoners.
After the race, the injured runner complained to the organizing committee. The case is being investigated.
