SDG&E Map of Potential Power Outage Locations For This Week

The yellow areas on this SDG&E map are potential locations of possible power outages due to Santa Ana winds. 24,000 San Diegans were informed of the possible power outage. This is due to to the elevated fire danger across San Diego because of Santa Ana winds and hot temperatures. The winds will peak Thursday night and Friday morning and could reach 30 to 40 mph in some areas in town. Be safe. Charge your phones. Drink lots of water. DO NOT THROW OUT CIGARETTE BUTTS!
