Eight Thousand Feet Up!!! Riding to Wallowa Lake Tramway. AWESOME!!!

I rarely get to ride with my Son, Dylan so I was really looking forward to this adventure to Walloway Lake Tramway with my good buddy, Mark Baker and my Son's friend, Gio. This was Gio's first time on a motorcycle and he wasn't quite sure about it the night before. After a pep talk from Mark he was all in. We left the High Road Cabins (where we stayed for the week), and drove to Mark's house in La Grande, Oregon to pick up the bikes. We rode through several fantastic small towns as we made our way to the destination. After about an hour and a half we arrived at the tramway. We were blown away at the beauty and the steep incline while riding the tram. Once we reached the Summit Grill at the top of Mt. Howard we had a beverage and decided to walk one of the trails to see the view from 8,150 ft up. It was worth the time and effort. To stand in one state and see three others from one location was unique and absolutely beautiful. We saw deer, ground snakes and tons of beautiful trees in the area. We took the tram back down and rode to a restaurant called "R&R", in Joseph Oregon.

Check out how proud Clint looks standing there with his son Dylan!
