So I was in the doctor's office the other day getting my annual physical, which went pretty well. Until I turned for the door, that is, and noticed the weight chart tacked on it. Basically, for my height, it said I'd better lose 10 pounds. So, that is my mission, and I've set a deadline for May 4th.
The # 1 way to stay healthy and look better? I already hit the gym 3 days a week. So okay, I'll try for an extra day each week. And I'll add random push-up reps a couple times a day. But that won't necessarily get the job done.
Best way: eat smart. Take a look at that disaster pictured below of my breakfast. That is no-fat plain Greek yogurt with added banana, blueberries, hazel nuts, almonds and coconut. Rocket fuel, and delicious. It can look like crap, but if it doesn't taste good, I'm not eating it.
