Couple Wore Swastika Masks In a Minnesota Walmart

A man and woman who wore face masks with swastikas on them to a Walmart in Marshall, Minnesota over the weekend -- won't be shopping at the superstore anytime soon.

They've been banned from Walmart stores across the country for at least a year.

The video posted to Facebook shows a man and woman wearing red face coverings with swastikas.

The woman flips off the camera while the man buys groceries.

The masked woman can be heard saying, "If you vote for Biden you're gonna be in Nazi Germany. That's what it's going to be like."

Police did not arrest the pair, but issued no-trespass notices that last a year and apply to all Walmart stores.

In a statement to USA TODAY, Walmart called the incident "unacceptable".

"It's unfortunate that some individuals have taken this pandemic as an opportunity to create a distressing situation for customers and associates in our store."

Minnesota's face mask mandate went into effect the same day the video was taken.
