The largest fireworks show on the West Coast lit up the San Diego sky on July 4, in an edition made even more special as the United States celebrated 250 years.
The Big Bay Boom drew hundreds of thousands of people to watch the fireworks in person, and many more watched on television or via streaming.
People gathered hots before all around San Diego Bay from the USS Midway Museum to Hrbos Island, Shelter Island and varoousn other locations as fire workers on four selarate barges filled with fireworks were fired off simultaneously.
