How The 4th of July Used To Look In San Diego 1984

Once upon a time in 1984 in San Diego, the 4th of July meant picnics and going to the beach. There were large crowds and fun. We all arrived early to the beach or parks and hung out until 9pm, when the fireworks went off.

Today in 2020, we are all socially distanced and staying home.

It's good to be safe, but for longtime KGB listeners and San Diegans, we sure miss the good ol' days
