Exciting weekend for the crew: Boyer bought a new front loading washing machine and was pretty darn thrilled about it. He claims he watched it like a TV for awhile.

Meanwhile, Emily celebrated her husband’s birthday all weekend. They went out to dinner followed by a little sidekick - car wash and underwear shopping. Last year she didn’t get him a cake and a repeat again. No cake for poor Eric. Today is his actual birthday, but she wont have time to bake one for him. She might have time to buy one at Vons. Poor guy.

NCAA Championship Game tonight: Texas Tech Raiders vs. VA Cavaliers 6:20 tonight on CBS. And it's two teams who have never won the whole ball of wax before!

INXS = Dave said 'ink-sess' instead of INXS (IN-excess) the first time he saw that band name. His PD told him he’d never make it in Milwaukee. After he got fired from Racine, WS, he got a job in Milwaukee. So there, Racine.

Cinco by the Bay in San Diego happens on May 4th. Yup. We know cinco means five, but it's scheduled for the fourth. They couldn't work it out, so don't shoot US! It will be a fantastic event with tons of great food and drink. Get all the details here.

ACM awards were held last night in Vegas with our little Elaina Smith co-announcing the big show. We're so proud of her! To think, her on-air radio career began when she filled in for Shelly Dunn for the first five months of our show at the other station back in 2010. You should be following her on social media, because it's a blast to see how successful she's become.
