According to Fox 43, 39-year-old Cecil Eugene Kutz was left with his three children after their mother, Tiffany George, was sent to the hospital for childbirth complications. Kutz was responsible for the care of a 22-month-old son, 1-year-old son, and 1-day-old baby girl — the mother had just given birth to their daughter that morning. And he had come up with a horrifying way to keep his eldest child under control — a homemade “cage.”
