People's Climate March

The People’s Climate March (Healthy People, Healthy Communities, Healthy Earth), organized by over 30 partners, including The Sierra Club, San Diego 350, and The Climate Action Campaign, will take place on April 29 at the Waterfront Park, next to the County Administration building, 1600 Pacific Highway.
The rally will begin at 10 a.m. Music, dancing, and a Kid’s Zone will be included in the event. Speakers include Assemblymember Lorena Gonzalez Fletcher, San Diego Councilmember David Alvarez, and Rev. J. Lee Hill, Jr., Senior Pastor of the Christian Fellowship Congregational Church. After initial speeches, a loop march will take place, followed by concluding speeches, more dancers, and more music.
