Mountain Health, a non-profit, 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to the health and well-being of the whole person, will be hosting an event for its’ 25th Street Family Medicine health center. Mountain Health will hold a community health celebration with an open house, clinic tours, free blood pressure screenings, live music, balloon animals and face painting!
