Southern California Wildfire Fund
United Way of San Diego County is working with United Way of Greater Los Angeles, which has set up the Southern California Wildfire Fund to help victims. For this fund, 100 percent of the donations collected will support long-term recovery and re-building efforts for low-income families affected by the fires.
Donations supporting San Diego County can be made online at www.unitedwayla.org. Checks may be sent to the United Way office at 1150 S. Olive Street, Suite T500, Los Angeles, CA 90015. Please write “SoCal Wildfire Fund” in the memo line.

- Community Recovery Team http://crtsd.org/provides a central location for San Diego residents affected by the wildfires to apply for services and assistance.
- San Diego Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster http://sdvoad.org/ connects volunteers with nonprofit organizations and public agencies assisting in disaster planning, relief, response and recovery efforts.
- The San Diego Foundation’s Regional Disaster Fundhttps://www.sdfoundation.org/donors/donate-online/programs-funds/?pf=regional-disaster-fund will help victims of the Lilac Fire and provide support to nonprofits involved in recovery and rebuilding efforts for affected communities.
