Sarah's niece was hanging out at a boardwalk in Florida over the weekend and as she was walking barefoot, she literally stumbled upon the World’s Worst Splinter!!!
Just a few days on crutches and she’ll be walking again no problem. It came out as clean as could be. She got super lucky!
