Two passengers aboard a Ryanair jet were detained after they got into a fight while en route to Spain's Tenerife South Airport from Glasgow Prestwick in Scotland.
Footage of the brawl was shared on Twitter by user Ben Wardrop, which showed two men hitting one another while Ryanair crew members attempted to break it up. Passengers can be heard screaming as the two duke it out in the middle of the plane's aisle.
The altercation broke out about 6:10 a.m. Saturday morning while the flight was still in the air, according to The Mirror. It's unclear how or what might have prompted the fight.
The two men were eventually separated, with one man being led away by staff with his face covered in blood.

We will not tolerate unruly or disruptive behavior at any time and the safety and comfort of our customers, crew and aircraft is our number one priority. This is now a matter for local police,” a statement by the airline about the incident read.
