Carlos wants to know if HE’S the a-hole. He had his own bags on the belt in front of his items. The cashier didn’t bag his groceries. She stood there looking at her phone while all of his stuff was on the belt. He didn't tell us how he resolved it, but the whole crew said the cashier was in the wrong.
