It's known Southwest flight attendants don't take themselves too seriously.

So we aren't surprised to see video of a Southwest flight attendant laying in a plane's overhead bin while passengers were boarding an aircraft. Video was posted by a user, showed the flight attendant smiling and lying down in the overhead bin before the flight departs for Atlanta, Georgia.
