Adult Dog Looks Like a Puppy Due to Rare Condition [PHOTOS]

A puppy in Phoenix, Arizona isn't a puppy at all. A German Shepherd, Ranger, looks like a young pup but he's actually two years old. Ranger suffers from a rare condition that makes him appears much younger.
It started when Ranger was puppy and contracted a parasite called Giardia. After he recovered from that, his owners saw that he wasn't really growing like other dogs and took him to the vet, who diagnosed him with Pituitary Dwarfism. The genetic disorder makes Ranger look adorable, but comes with a bunch of issues including shedding fur and flaky skin.
Ranger doesn't let the problems hold him back and is living his best life. He even has an Instagram account with 68 thousand followers.
