According to Riverside County Sheriff Department, Paul Stephen Otto is accused of illegally entering his ex-landlord’s home Friday and putting the man in a chokehold! The 27-year-old culprit led authorities on a short chase before he crashed into another vehicle, totaling his car. When police got him to the station he decide the best way to take his mugshot was with his tongue out, see the photo below!
