5 Country Stars With Amazing Hidden Talents

We all have that special gift that rarely gets the spotlight. Country stars are no different.

Sure, we know them for their well thought out lyrics, we play their songs on repeat, we rush to grab tickets to their shows, but they have other big talents too!

Here, we are shining the spotlight on 5 country music stars secret talents only seen when they are out of the spotlight.

Little Big Town’s Karen Fairchild – Fashion Design

This country soulstress has a huge passion for fashion. Even at a young age, Karen was creating her distinctive look. After her music career took off, Karen quietly launched a clothing line partnered by Macy's because, after all, “Every girl wants to feel glamourous.”

Midland's Cameron Duddy – Directing

Fan's know Cameron for making up one-third of Midland, but did you know that he is more than just a great bass player and harmony singer? He's also an award-winning director. Cameron notched his mark by directing major music videos for some of music's biggest acts, including Bruno Mars. He directed "Uptown Funk" and also won an MTV Video Music Award for Mars' "Locked Out Of Heaven." Oh, and he directed the band's video for "Drinkin' Problem." This makes plenty of sense since his dad is Hollywood cinematographer Christopher Duddy (Terminator 2True LiesTotal Recall).

Miranda Lambert – Equestrian Riding

Miranda Lambert can definitely sing, but she can also ‘saddle up.’ Miranda’s pony prowess as a skilled English equestrian rider can be seen in the video below. Talk about proper riding form.

Dierks Bentley – Ice Hockey

Dierks Bentley really loves hitting the ice. Whether its his pre-show ice bath ritual or ice hockey, the “What Was I thinking” singer is all in. Fun fact: Dierks spent one year at the University of Vermont, where he lived next door to a Stanley Cup-winning goaltender and shared the same class with another future hall of famer.

Chris Young – Breakdancing

“Aw Naw,” Chris Young wont back down from a dance-off. See this star strut his stuff in the video clip below by forwarding to the 2:10 mark. Country singers two-stepping feels very cliché now.
