San Francisco Debuts $1.7 Million Public Toilet?

San Francisco's Noe Valley added a public restroom to a busy street and the original $1.7 million dollar price tag sparked such major backlash as it should have, that Governor Newsom actually paused state funding. He later released the money back to the city, after officials promised to build two or three public toilets, not just one, and they got the price down to actually only cost the city around $300,000.
