Another Hike Coming For SDG&E Customers

Another increase to your SDG&E bill is on the way.

Bills will go up an average of five dollars for the next three years after the California Public Utilities Commission approved spending the utility company racked up to reduce the risk of wildfires.

Thursday's decision means the increase will go into effect starting in April.

SDG&E has spent six billion dollars in wildfire prevent efforts since 2007. To learn more about how to reduce the risk of wildfires, and Public Safety Power Shutoffs, visit sdge.com/psps.
