Joyful Employees Receive Surprise Bonuses Totaling $10 Million

CEO Gives Away $10 Million As Gifts To His Employees

Fortunate employees of a Baltimore, Maryland commercial real estate company received a huge surprise when they were given $10 million in bonuses at their company holiday party.

Founder of St. John’s Properties, Ed St. John and company president Lawrence Maykrantz, gave out 198 bonus checks in red envelopes to their employees during the party. The amount each employee received was based on how long they have worked with the company. The smallest amount was $100 for an employee that was just hired and hadn't even started working yet. The largest bonus received was $270,000!

"We wanted to do something to thank all our employees for helping us achieve our goal, and we wanted to do something big," Maykrantz told CNN.
One employee said, “I couldn't believe I saw what I saw. I don't even have words to properly describe how I felt, it was just amazing and incredible. I'm still in shock. It's definitely life changing.”
"It was truly one of the most amazing things I've ever witnessed in my life. Everyone was all overwhelmed with emotions. They were screaming, crying, laughing, hugging," Maykrantz stated.

Wow! How cool is that? Christmas came early for these lucky employees. Are they hiring?
