Man Accused Of Killing Girlfriend By Oral Sex

Man Who Claimed Girlfriend Accidentally Choked To Death At The Time Of Oral Sex Found Not Guilty Of Murder!

The Florida man who stated his girlfriend choked to death during oral sex was found not guilty of second-degree murder. Richard Patterson, 65, of Margate, was acquitted of killing 60-year-old girlfriend Francisca Marquinez in 2015 after a week-long trial.

Throughout the trial, his lawyers initially argued that Marquinez died unintentionally while performing oral sex on him at her residence. To strengthen their defense, Patterson’s attorneys filed a motion to show his penis to the jury.

But after a medical professional testified that choking during the sex act was not likely, the defense changed course on the assessment. The judge never ruled on the request to have Patterson’s member on display in court.
