She was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society from a rescue partner in the Imperial Valley through Friends of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS).
Phee is figuring out that people want to be nice to her. In her kennel, she did not initiate contact right away. Later she rolled onto the handler’s lap to cuddle. She needs an adult home.
The $145 adoption fee for Phee includes medical exam, spay, up to date vaccinations, registered microchip, and a one-year license if her new home is in the jurisdiction of San Diego Humane Society.
