Tom Brady is getting a statue at Gillette Stadium.
Now that shouldn't come as a surprise as retired great athletes get statues made of them all the time, but Robert Kraft may be taking go big to new heights as he announced the Patriots are erecting a 12-foot bronze!
The sculpture of the the future Hall Of Famer is going up this season, as Kraft revealed the news at Brady's Patriots Hall of Fame induction ceremony in Foxborough. Tom Brady will be the first player in the franchise to receive a statue, as Brady's No. 12 jersey will also be retired.
Brady, was in tears during the, star-studded ceremony, where Jay-Z performed, Brady's walkout song, "Public Service Announcement," and Bill Burr roasted along with Andy Reid, Patrick Mahomes, Bill Belichick, Peyton Manning and Rob Gronkowski, as Kenny Chesney also performed.
Now if Tom is getting a 12-foot statue, then the question is how big will Belichick's be?
