Snoop Dogg really does have his funny moments and CNN's Anderson Cooper is proof.
During an interview with Snoop for a New Year's Eve special, the rapper made Cooper laugh so hard that he was compared to The Joker.
In fairness, Cooper was reportedly full of tequila. That didn't stop people online from comparing his laugh to that of Batman's nemesis.
