It wasn't so much that Savas Caruso likes to go outside half-naked and rock out on his electric guitar every week that bothered his neighbors; it's that they don't care for his taste in music.
The Australia resident -- who prefers to be called "Subblet Hammer" -- was taken into custody Sunday after his latest 45-minute jam session, police say. The arrest came just two days after South Australia Police issued an environment protection order that forbade him from playing his guitar outside for 72 hours.
Now out on bail, Caruso has posted a Change.org petition in which he says police have "no grounds on which to enforce this order and have no authority to come onto my property while I'm playing my music and disconnect the power." So far, 1,300 people have signed the petition.
