Don't mistake Santa for a burglar this year . . . he might shoot back. A sheriff's office in Colorado Springs is facing heat online after posting a photo of a guy who looks a LOT like Santa getting a concealed handgun permit.
It looks like he could have just come from a shopping mall shift, because he's in big red overalls with fluffy white trim . . . sitting at a desk while an employee helps him with the paperwork. All he's missing are his coat and hat.
A lot of people took issue, especially because of the school shooting in Michigan last week. One person on Twitter said it feels like they used Santa to market guns to kids. The sheriff's office claims it was just an attempt to highlight their hardworking staff in a fun way.
