The Oceanside Planning Committee is supporting the concept of a new development called OceanKAMP, that would bring a massive temperature controlled surf pool, a luxury resort and new housing for sale and for rent, to what used to be the home of the Oceanside drive-in theater and swap meet.
There would even be a campground of trendy airstreams for glamping, they’d include space for commercial retail and office space and feature a pool-side outdoor restaurant.
The site’s been vacant since 2018 so developers proposed to transform the land into an adventure-centric resort. CLICK HERE to see plans for this proposed OceanKAMP!
