Charles “Wide Neck” McDowell who went viral in 2018 for his mugshot showing off his insanely wide neck (bottom mugshot)! He’s back in the news after being busted over the weekend for stalking and withholding child support.
A warrant was issued for his arrest in August after he showed up to a woman’s house and sent her threatening messages.
His first round of charges from 2018 included fleeing cops and drug offenses.
This time around he’s currently being held without bond.
