Do you save your designer sunglasses from a public toilet?

Sarah dropped her designer sunglasses into a public toilet at the beach and they landed in someone else's toilet paper. Ewwwww. She had a guy fish them out and then she soaked them in rubbing alcohol overnight. The alcohol had a dirty tint in it after the glasses soaked in it! But, they were worth hundreds of dollars! So, are they worth fishing out of the toilet or not?
