When you've been quarantined at home for several days and you're 15 years old and it starts to rain really hard, there's only one thing to do if you live in Carlsbad, you surf the streets. This is 15 year old KEANE. He took advantage of the rain and empty streets and took out his board and surfed the road. You may recognize Keane. He was in the news a while back when he got attacked by a shark. As you see he's a lot taller and doing absolutely great. STAY AT HOME!
